Manage what you actually have
Locations, suppliers, purchase orders, receiving, stock take, and projection live next to the shop. When a unit sells online or at the desk, the same on-hand number moves.

Get stock in without a spreadsheet war
Scan barcodes. Photograph or upload a supplier invoice. Match lines to SKUs. Apply landed cost and markup. Or send photos and a price list — we list them with the same AI catalog tool MacG uses.
Pay
Take the money, then finish the order
Website cards, wallets, a phone that is the terminal, a link for a specific amount, bank transfer, on-account. The order updates. You are not reconciling three dashboards.
Why this is not a side project
Google and Stripe do not let just any APK take contactless payments. Tap to Pay on Android has to ship from Play, with Stripe Terminal behind it.

Contactless cards and wallets tap the back of an NFC Android phone. Card data never sits on the device. The website creates the payment; the phone collects it.

Every way they can pay

Cards on the website
Stripe Checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Google Wallet named at checkout — guest checkout, no account required.

Staff phone becomes the terminal. Google Play listing: MacG Payment Terminal. Amounts come from the till; Stripe handles the card.
Pay-by-link
Send someone a link for a specific order total, or a one-off price on a product. They pay; stock and the invoice stay in the same system.
Bank transfer
NZ account details on the order. Useful for trade and larger invoices.
On account
Approved customers. Statements, not a third-party debtor app.
Cash, pay in store, crypto
Click & collect QR at the desk. Coinbase Commerce when you want it. Cash for staff checkout.
Stock without a second product
Scan it in
Receiving and stock take take a USB scanner or the phone camera. Unknown barcodes can become a product on the spot.
Photograph the invoice
Upload or snap a supplier PDF. Lines are matched to your catalog by barcode and name, then received against a PO.
Purchasing that closes
Suppliers, locations, purchase orders, GRV, weighted average cost, and sell-price markup when goods land.
Know what you have
Stock summary, item history, and projection from on-hand + open POs + future sales — not a spreadsheet beside the shop.

Why not five vendors
A hosted shop, a till, a purchasing product, loyalty, and a payment phone each look cheap on their own. Together they cost Trade money — and they still do not share a stock figure.
- The cheap shop plan is not the stack.
A typical hosted shop is about NZ$175/mo. Add a counter till (~NZ$150). Add inventory. Add loyalty. You are at MacG Trade money before a barcode has been scanned.
- Card fees, then a platform cut.
If you keep your own Stripe (Tap to Pay, your payouts, your disputes), many hosted shops still take about 1% on top. We do not.
- Separate products do not share a brain.
Receiving, stock take, on-account, click & collect QR, Google feed, and the payment phone are one database here. Bought separately they are five subscriptions that drift.
- NZ work that is not an add-on hunt.
On-account statements, Xero sales export, a tenant on NZ infrastructure. Those are on this engine, not a hope that a marketplace listing exists.
