How to shop at MacG

Four short steps from browse to delivery — plus how to put this site on your phone like an app, without installing anything from the App Store.

1. Find a product

Open Shop. On a phone, type in the search box at the top. On a computer, use the Filter panel on the left — search by name, tag, or barcode, or pick a category.

Tap a product photo or name to open the full page. Check the price, stock, and photos before you add it to your cart.

2. Add to cart or buy now

Add to Cart keeps shopping — a cart button appears with your total. Buy it now jumps straight to checkout for that item.

Open the cart anytime from the bag icon in the top right. You can change quantities or remove items there.

3. Check out

You do not need an account. Enter your email, then choose Continue as Guest, or log in / create an account if you want order history saved.

Add your delivery address (suggestions appear as you type NZ and AU addresses), choose payment, and place the order. Free shipping applies on orders over $250.

4. After you buy

You will get an order email. If you created an account, open My orders after you sign in. When we post your order we email an NZ Post tracking link; Click & Collect orders get a ready-to-pick-up email instead.

A few days after payment we may email a review link — that happens whether the order was delivered, paid in store, or collected. That helps other shoppers and can unlock a small thank-you discount.

Add MacG to your phone

This is a shortcut to the live website — not a separate app we have to update. Shop, cart, and checkout stay the same as on a computer.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

Open macg.co.nz in Safari (not Chrome or Instagram’s browser).
Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
Tap Add. Open MacG from the new icon anytime.

Android (Chrome)

Open macg.co.nz in Chrome.
Tap the three-dot menu.
Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
Confirm. The icon opens the shop full-screen.
