What we do

  Correct hours, prices and contact details. Fast on a phone. An online shop if it suits.

• Card payments that record every sale.

  We set up the MacG Payment Terminal, an Android app that takes tap-to-pay card payments on a phone through Stripe. Every sale is recorded and easy to report on. Stripe's processing fees apply at Stripe's published rates.

• Records a buyer can check.

  Sales, stock and suppliers in one system, with a simple dashboard that shows how the business is trending.

• A Google profile that sells.

  We tidy your Google Business Profile so locals, and buyers doing their homework, see a business that's alive and well reviewed.

• A business that runs without you.

  We film you doing the key jobs and turn them into simple step-by-step guides. A new owner can follow them from day one.

How it works

1. Sale-Ready Check. We visit or call, look at your systems, and give you a written list of what to fix first.
2. Pick a package. Essentials, Standard or Complete. Fixed price, agreed up front.
3. We do the work. You keep running the business. We handle the tech.
4. Stay looked after. A monthly care plan keeps everything running until you sell, and can pass to the new owner.

We're not brokers, accountants or lawyers, and we don't value businesses. We do the systems work they recommend, and we're happy to talk to your accountant or broker directly.

Who we are

MacG TechnoloG Limited is an Auckland tech company. We build websites, online stores, payment apps and business systems for New Zealand businesses, and we run our own online store and the Cruizy car marketplace, so we know what it takes to keep a small business running online.

Questions

Will this get me a higher price?

We can't promise a price. What we can do is remove the common reasons buyers walk away or discount: missing records, cash sales, and processes no one else knows.

I'm not very techy. Will I have to learn new software?

Only the basics. We set it up, train you and your staff, and look after it monthly.

Is this government funded?

No. Some training may qualify for Regional Business Partner co-funding. Ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.

What if I'm not selling for five years?

Even better. Clean systems save you time now and give a buyer a longer track record later.
