Email [email protected] or call +64 27 274 3116with your order number and what's wrong. Please don't send anything back until we've replied with return instructions.

You can return an item you've changed your mind about within 30 days of receiving it.

Unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with photos if possible and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. See also our warranty and terms of sale.
